You are the data controller
You decide the purposes. 1st Minute Lead acts as a processor, governed by the DPA.

Minimization
We collect only what's needed to call a lead back: identity, contact details, context of the request.

Individual rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability. Requests are reflected in the tool.

Retention periods
Histories follow your plan's duration, then are purged. Nothing is kept indefinitely.
The documents are on the Security page. DPA, subprocessors and data location can be downloaded there without a form. For any data protection question, the Contact page remains open.
